The 2022-23 Inside The NFL digital artwork, above, was designed for CBS Sports and was based on a piece of artwork that our motion team was working on at the time we were beginning our exploration -- a wrinkled paper affect and a thin flat color drop shadow. The commentators in this artwork include (from left): Brandon Marshall, Michael Irvin, Julian Edelman, James Brown, Ray Lewis and Phil Simms

ALTERNATE DESIGN
I tried various color options for this layout and my original idea for a background was a step-and-repeat of the NFL logo. However, at the time, it made more sense to use the Paramount+ blue (above) to make it easier for viewers to know where to find the show, and we made the background more of sports theme. But I love the red (below).
